Incompetent, rude staff can ruin your business, I know that good help is hard to find but people this bad are not worth loosing your business over, keep it up and that waiting room will soon be empty. Another 10 minutes go by and our food finally arrives COLD,all four meals.Pretty sure the server either did not put the order in right away or more likely she let it sit under the warming lamps for who knows how long. I manage to get the servers attention and ask the obvious question, she blames the cook. So about 20 minutes later the other tables food arrives. 10ish minutes after we were seated another foursome is seated a couple of tables away from us. I go get condiments from another table (bus boy never did come back). Server comes back takes our orders and leaves. We get seated and wait 5ish minutes to get coffee, but before it arrives the buss boy shows up and takes the condiment tray (suger,ceamers,katsup ect) says he will be right back. Yup, the only Gringo 1954 on the list from 40 minutes ago.She apologizes to me, asks me to wait a few more minutes so she can get a table ready.Five or so minutes later we are led in to the dining room and behold, half of the tables are empty and most have not been bussed since the last guest. Her response was to question if my name was actually on her list. I approach and let the hostess know that we are in fact waiting for a table and had arrived over half an hour ago. put our name on the list and wait patiently to be called.A little over a half an hour later we are the only ones in the waiting area when a group of five arrive,go to the podium and are seated immediately. We arrive about 10am, the waiting area has 3 benches all full, we. Five years later you have earned a 1 out of 5 (terrible). I gave it a solid 3 out of 5 back then (average). Have not been to this restaurant since Mar./2018.
